Batas Pambansa Bilang 344 and its latest implementing rules and regulations (IRR) is collectively a primary referral code (RC) of P.D. No. 1096, the 1977 National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP) and deals with mandated compliances relating to addressing the special needs of persons with disabilities (PWDs) inside and outside buildings.
